How to rent school facilities

Newberg Public School facilities are available for rent to community members. Rental spaces include classrooms, gymnasiums, sports fields and special use areas such as kitchens, libraries, music rooms or the high school commons. Equipment such as computers, TV, VCR, staging and pianos are also available for use. A fee is charged to cover custodial services, equipment use and cost of using of the facility.

Priority use is given to school programs, athletic/activity groups, school support organizations and non-profit youth organizations within the school district.

Procedure

1. Contact the school you are interested in renting. If you are unsure of what space is available in the school district, contact the district office for assistance.

2. Complete a Community Facility Rental/Use Agreement form and submit it at the school or district facility you are requesting to use. The form is available online or at the school you are requesting to use.
