Annual Asbestos Report

In accordance with the requirements of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) the Newberg-Dundee School District is required to inform the public annually that some portions of School District facilities contain asbestos.

 

The asbestos has been identified, contained, and cataloged, and an asbestos management plan has been developed for each facility in accordance with AHERA requirements. Plans for each facility are maintained in that facility's administrative office as well as at the Physical Plant. The plans are available for on-site review by any interested member of the public. Copies can be made for the cost of reproduction.
