The Spotlight, a staff honor for which a co-worker or boss's nomination is needed, went monthly this spring, so we can be sure to honor only our final nominees before calling for new Spotlight nominees on a weekly basis next fall.
The Spotlight for May is Math Teacher Angela Stutzman. Nominator Mark Brown said: “Angela is in her first full year as our Leadership advisor and is absolutely rocking it! She has jumped in with both feet and is working incredibly hard to support and empower students. She is positive and ambitious and doesn't let obstacles get in her way of providing students with leadership opportunities. We are so thankful to have Angela at NHS and are excited to see what she continues to do in her role as our Leadership advisor!”
She is shown above with her husband, Darin Stutzman, and their son Lucas, whom Angela Stutzman, ever the numbers maven, jokes is currently “2.5 years old.”
