Federal Notification of Student Rights

Parents and students over 18 are notified annually of student rights according to the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). This notification addresses federal laws protecting pupil rights, the privacy of student educational records, disclosure of directory information and access to student information by military or college recruiters.
