Direct Deposit

Newberg School District encourages employees to utilize the direct deposit process for payroll. Any employee can elect to have their paycheck directly deposited into their bank account.

 

Contact the district payroll office to request enrollment forms and information. The completed authorization forms need to be received in the payroll office by the payroll due dates indicated below. Timesheets should include time worked through the due date.

 

Salary and Tax Information

Employees can log onto the employee portal via iVisions to access their compensation information for current and past years, change tax deductions, make address changes and print W2s.

The completed authorization forms need to be received in the payroll office by the payroll due dates indicated below. Timesheets should include time worked through the due date. For example; timesheets turned in on August 5 should include time worked from July 6 through August 5.

Newberg School District 2025 403(b) and 457(b) Announcement

Supplemental Retirement Saving Opportunities

 Newberg offers two excellent voluntary programs through which you may elect to contribute a portion of income into supplemental retirement savings accounts: the 403(b) and 457(b) Plans. Newberg has contracted with PenServ, a Third Party Administrator (TPA), to provide information and support for the 403(b) Plan.

 All part-time and full-time employees are eligible to contribute.

2025 Limitations: You may defer a maximum of $23,500 to all 403(b) plans unless you will reach 50 years of age during the year. In that case, you would be eligible to contribute an additional $7,500. Deferrals may not exceed 100% of your wages.
