Superintendent
This is not Dr. Radich’s first experience as an interim superintendent. Following her retirement, Dr. Radich was appointed to serve as the Interim Superintendent of Salem-Keizer School District in 2014. During her tenure there, Dr. Radich helped the district navigate boundary adjustments, supported visionary work on the strategic plan and budgeting process, and partnered with staff and community members to launch the Marion-Polk County Early Learning Hub and Willamette Promise, which provides innovative learning opportunities for students.
Dr Radich later worked as the Interim Superintendent in the Beaverton School District and Interim Assistant Superintendent for the Office of Teaching and Learning for the Oregon Department of Education. There, she collaboratively worked to modify the Educator Evaluation Accountability system and provide statewide professional development for its implementation.
Dr. Radich was unanimously appointed to serve as the Interim Superintendent of Newberg-Dundee Public Schools beginning on June 12, 2024, while Dr. Stephen W. Phillips is on medical leave.
